• ANNOUNCEMENT:
  
  Dallas Semiconductor/MAXIM has introduced a new discussion forum
  to reduce the spreading of viruses and spam via the current email
  lists, thus improving the privacy and the quality of service
  offered to the developer base.
  
  The new discussion forum is now live.  The same Dallas Semiconductor
  engineers monitoring the current e-mail lists will be monitoring the
  new forum.  We encourage everyone to subscribe.

  Since it has taken a little longer than expected to get the new forum
  up and running, we have extended the normal operation of the current
  e-mail lists to June 15.  Since we value highly the technical support
  content in the current e-mail archives, they will remain available
  after that date.  The archives can be searched here:
  http://lists.dalsemi.com/search/search.html.
  
  These are the e-mail lists slated to be switched over to the new forum:

    Weather * (see below)

    Java-powered-ibutton
  
  The structure of the new forum has two sections, one belonging to
  "1-Wire and iButton" and the other belonging to "Microcontrollers".
